Our Story
Sophia and Dave have always enjoyed authentic and memorable villa stays for their family vacation. With their love for hospitality and real estate investments, they thought about investing in an accommodation that offered a top-tier luxury experience for guests. Having scouted many other accommodation investment opportunities, they came across the lovely Westport development, which had a townhome unit for sale. The decision to invest in this townhome was an easy one, as the amenities offered were remarkable and the environment peaceful and accommodating.
With their passion for interior decorating, Sophia and Dave also carefully handpicked each item of furniture and accessory to ensure that Escape@20 feels like a home away from home for every guest. To ensure this commitment to service, there is also a dedicated and friendly housekeeper who caters to the needs of each guest with great flexibility and dedication.

Meet the Owners
Sophia is a sales and marketing professional who made a conscious decision that the corporate world was no longer providing the fulfilment that she was looking for. She therefore took early retirement and decided to fulfil her passion in hospitality by investing in a townhome and creating an atmosphere that allows each guest to have the ultimate luxury, peace, and unforgettable experience.
Dave is a senior executive who works full-time in a poultry business and whose passion is real estate and investments. He is the secondary contact for the business and enjoys helping to create a memorable experience for all guests. Dave has a talent for identifying unique decorative pieces that are incorporated throughout the house for a luxury feel.
